THE CONTRACT
1.The conditions (the “booking conditions”) will apply to your booking. The person purchases tickets will be accepting the booking conditions on behalf of, and with the consent of, all members of the party. A contract between you and O’Flaherty Events will come into existence when your booking form has been received and accepted by issuing written confirmation.
EVENT ACCURACY
2. Every care has been taken to ensure that the details contained are accurate at the time of going to press.
PAYMENT FOR YOUR HOLIDAY
3. Payment can be made by cheque, credit card via PayPal
CANCELLING YOUR CHOSEN EVENT
4. Tickets are non refundable and non exchangeable.
TICKETING
5. You will receive an email with a unique reference number which must be presented on arrival at registration. The number must correspond to our records. If either the ticket or number do not correspond you will not be permitted to enter, nor will any refund be given.
IF YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES
6. If you wish to make a change to the confirmed booking, you should confirm this in writing. We will try to meet your new requirements but this will be subject to availability. Each time a confirmed booking is amended, the total price of the booking will be recalculated and will be subject to an administration fee of £5. This will be advised at the time you request to change your booking. There is a minimum of 14 days notice required prior to your event start date.
IF WE CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR EVENT
7. We will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your event booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change in date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the options listed below:
1a: Accept the alternative arrangement as notified to you
1b) Cancel your event booking with a full refund of any money you paid.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
8. We accept liability for those arrangements which are within our control, but we cannot accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered to you or any member of your party at any event. We carry out a risk assessment of each event and this can be sent out to you on request.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
9. We will endeavour to meet any special requests, but we apologise, that these cannot be guaranteed.
PETS
10. Please note that no pets will be accepted at any event.
INSURANCE
11. Having adequate insurance is advisable. You will be responsible for the cost of your insurance cover.
COMMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
12. If you feel you have any comments or complaints whilst at the event, you should contact the Event Manager during your event so that we can resolve any problems as soon as possible. If your complaint is not resolved email mike.smith@ghostchasers.co.uk, within 28 days of returning from your event.
UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOUR
13. For the convenience of our guests, we reserve the right to terminate a event, without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the person named on the booking of their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort, health of other guests.
SPECIAL AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
14. All offers are subject to availability
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
15. No alcoholic drinks can be brought to any event. In order to help us with your dietary needs these must be highlighted on your booking form and if you require a vegetarian option.
PRICES
16. The price you have paid will not be increased once payment has been made and received. However, we reserve the right to increase the price thereafter to other potential clients.
GENERAL
17. Please take care. Please treat the property, facilities and accommodation with respect and care so that other guests may continue to enjoy them. In the event that you notice damage to any facility please report it immediately so we can take appropriate action
18. In these booking conditions “you” and “your” refers to the person who signs the booking form; “we”, “us”, and “our” refers to O’Flaherty Events; “party” refers to those persons named on the booking and any other person who is added at a later date.
APPLICABLE LAW
19. Our arrangements are subject to English Law.
DATA PROTECTION ACT
20. O’Flaherty Events, and it’s subsidiaries, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 &1998 will hold information provided by you to us in connection with your booking(s). It will be used in connection with your booking and for marketing purposes. O’Flaherty Events may use the information to provide you with the full range of their services and products. If you are on our mailing list and do not wish to receive any future news from O’Flaherty Events then contact us at mike.smith@ghostchasers.co.uk. If you wish to obtain a copy of the personal information held about you then please write to the above address. Any information held will not be passed onto a third party
