 We are now attracting bigger locations and not just locations in the UK either!</div> <div> <B>What type of skills do your team have?</B></div> <div> Our team includes two parapsychologists, <B>Mike Smith</B>, and <B>Miriam Wilton</B> who evaluate our work and brings realism to our investigations.  It is very easy to get carried away with the moment, especially when we are taking photos and we see 'orbs',  when they are just marks on the wall or indeed flies as in one investigation in particular when most of the team got  too excited!</div> <div> <B>Claire Walker</B> was one of our most experienced investigators and joined us in January 2005, and this role is now superseded by <B>Mark Matthews</B> who is also one of our most valued members and a senior paranormal investigator, as is <B>Clare Smith</B>.</div> <div> <B>Do Ghost Chasers use mediums?</B></div> <div> We have used mediums in the past, and have given some good results.  However, it cannot be proven, or disproved, that they are talking to spirits, they may have researched the property and history before joining us.  When a team uses mediums the focus changes on an investigation.  The focus should ALWAYS be on the investigation and on what we are trying to discover.  With mediums present it changes into what THEY can discover and WHO they are allegedly talking to, and this can go on for some time.  We recently had a debate on whether we were to use mediums or not, and in helping us to decide we looked back at the investigations we completed without mediums present and those that we had.  Those that we had no mediums present we had more results. Therefore we do not use mediums any longer.  There are a number of groups who use mediums. and some of those groups use the same mediums, but there are equally a larger percentage of groups who do not go down the '<B>Most Haunted</B>' route and have a medium present.  <B>Ghost Chasers</B> are a leader, we do not follow!</div> <div> <B>Can I join Ghost Chasers?</B></div> <div> At the moment we are no longer recruiting any new members, however we do invite members of the public on our investigations from time to time.</div> <div> <B>If any of your members left and setup their own team how would you feel?</B></div> <div> Ghost Chasers would feel flattered that another team was started because of what we had introduced them to.  The more groups that are out there the better it is that someone will prove that ghosts exist!  Some groups would like to do an investigation every week, this is NOT our policy.</div> <div> <B>What is your policy and how often do investigations take place?</B></div> <div> Our policy is, and has always been, <B>"Quality is better than quantity"</B>.  It is better to do a few investigations and complete your findings thoroughly than investigate ten places and not do them justice.  Our investigations take place, on average, about once a month and these can be found in our forum which you must register and be approved before using.</div> <div> <B>Do you watch 'Most Haunted'?</B></div> <div>  The quick and easy answer is no, not any longer.  We used to watch it until their medium became more of an entertainer than a professional, and plus with the team screaming and running away they are not conducting an investigation, but merely filming an entertainment programme.</div> <div> In my opinion,<B> 'Dead Famous'</B> was far better as an investigation as both <B>Gail Porter</B> and psychic investigator <B>Chris Flemming</B> were more professional than the entire MH team.  They may not have found the spirits of the famous they were looking for, but they DID find paranormal evidence and they conducted paranormal investigations without being possessed by evil entities or attacking the presenter or the team.</div> <div> <B>Are you restricted to which locations you can investigate?</B></div> <div> Unlike other groups who are restricted to the region they are based in, such as Yorkshire, we are not.  It is our belief that if a place is haunted, and it warrants an investigation, then we should investigate it no matter it's locale.  We at Ghost Chasers are even willing to travel to France, the Isle of Man and Ireland, which gives you some scope of how far we are willing to travel should the location be interesting and the activity reported be verified by the means we have previously spoken about.</div> <div> <B>Would you investigate someone's house?</B></div> <div> The answer is yes, and we have been asked to conduct an investigation for them.  Of course, we cannot state where or whom but yes, we will investigate any alleged haunted property.  If all paranormal groups were going to investigate were public houses, theatres, museums, and not be willing to conduct investigations in people's property, places they have been invited to, then they are missing a very important part of their research, and in our opinion, are very closed minded.  It has to be said however, the house which we have investigated the owner contacted US.</div> <div> <B>Have you ever seen a ghost?</B></div> <div> Two people within our team have seen a ghost, and they reside in a location we frequently investigate and we are due to revisit the site again because of this 'new' activity.  This activity is since our previous investigation and should therefore be very interesting.</div> <div> <B>Do you use Ouija boards?</B></div> <div> <B>NEW!!
